Default Toki Tori

http://www.smartphone.net/software_detail.asp?id=44&associateid=288

I picked up a copy of the Toki Tori puzzle game from AIM Productions today and am having a lot of fun with it.

"One beautiful summer day on the chicken farm... Everything looked peaceful and quiet. Or at least it seemed to be. All the eggs were being kidnapped! But there was one egg left. In it: Toki Tori, our hero-chick! Toki Tori could just see his brothers and sisters fly away to their unknown destination. He followed them as fast as his little feet could take him, but ultimately wasn't fast enough. He climbed to the highest hill to see where the eggs could have gone. But what was going on? The eggs popped out of the distant castle. They were everywhere, spread across the land. So Toki Tori decided to save the eggs and solve the mystery. And here our story begins...

Armed with an arsenal of 10 different tools and weapons, Toki Tori must overcome dangerous obstacles, trap monsters and save all of the lost eggs. The game contains four mysterious worlds, offering over 60 levels of exciting platform and puzzle action."

The Game Boy Color version of this game won IGN's Editor Choice Award, so that's a good indication of it's quality. My only complaint is that the controls reflect that this was originally designed for another platform and then ported to Smartphone. Aside from that, it's quickly become one of my favorite Smartphone games and we'll do a full review of it later. You can get the trial or buy ($12.99) it over here on Smartphone.net (affiliate).

Ok, somebody tell me how to work this game - I feel dumb, but I can't figure it out. It was a random button-mashing process just to exit from the came. The "Exit" function on the pop-up menu didn't seem to work for me. 8O

the left softkey acts as a back button. keep pressing it until you are at the ain menu screen and then choose exit. the in game menu does not exit the game, just lets you restart the level
