Default tethering my 3125 to my laptop via usb (DUN internet)

How can I tether my Cingular 3125 (HTC Star Trek) to my laptop and get online using the Edge connection using USB?

I'm pretty sure I coudl do it easily w/ BT (BT DUN w/ the special string, etc... i'm sure i could figure it out).

But I'd like to know how to do it thorugh the given USB Cable. Does active sync support this? Are there special drivers I need to download?

Thanks

I wouldn't loose any sleep over Cingular being on top of anything:
