Sync 1 Phone to Two Outlooks

I have Outlook at work and Outlook at home. The work Outlook connects to an Exchange server for email and calendaring (I only care about calendar sync). The home Outlook is used for an ISP's IMAP and has its own calendar.

I am using Vista Ultimate (x86) at home and Vista Ultimate (x64) at work.

I currently ActiveSync my calendar at home with no problem but can't do the same for work.

I really really need both calendars on my single phone, making the phone "the king"when it comes to syncing.

I'll get/do pretty much anything I need to, software-wise, to get a dual sync. What can I do?
