Default repeating notifications (text messages, voicemail, etc)

Is there a way where I can get my HTC Star Trek to notify me of a text msg or voice mail repeatedly. For example, my old phone had an option of "repeat every 2min." So it would vibrate every 2 min or play the sound every 2 min.

preferably freeware...

I think Maniac's Auto-Keylock does something like this. I think it puts a message on the screen saver. Not sure if it makes a noise of vibrates or what not.

my phone already says i have a msg on the external screen until i flip open the phone.

which reminds me... is there a way i can see who my missed call or who my text message is from... on my external screen?

or maybe even a home screen plugin that says more info on my missed call or text msg... not just that i have one?

and where's a good site for home screen plugins? other than handango.

Here's a good way to get repeating notifications on your Smartphone. I've been using the prototype since the first version--beta should be out very soon.
