POP3 Email management tools for Blackjack?

I have my sbcglobal.net email POP3'd to my BJ.
Are there any applications I can purchased to manage those incoming emails?
For instance, I would like to create folders and move emails to folders so I can save the emails instead of having them disappear after awhile (even though I haven't deleted them).
