passing parameters to PIE (using rightmenu)?

i'm loving "rightmenu" since i discovered it and have a question i'm hoping someone knows the answer to: What parameters can we pass to PIE (specifically in wm6 but i'll try wm5 too NP)? Rightmenu gives me the ability to create a PIE shortcut and pass it something... I've tried just the URL and that works great but ONLY if PIE isn't running in the background.

For example: if PIE is NOT running, clicking on the shortcut from rightmenu will open PIE and navigate to the URL supplied but if PIE IS running (in the background which mine seems to always be) then clicking the shortcut just moves PIE to the foreground but doesn't navigate to the URL.

Any thoughts?

PS - Don't get discouraged from participating here just because you don't use or know anything about rightmenu (though you might want to check it out), this passing parameters to PIE could apply wherever/however you can do that in your situation
