http://smartphone.net/smartphonethoughts/software_detail.asp?id=673

"Town CompassŪ, in association with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), presents the Federal Rules of Evidence with Objections. An alphabetical listing of standard objections and responses provides a ready reference for litigators. The objections include explanations and FRE cross-reference notes, which help experienced litigators gain a crucial advantage that is the difference between winning and losing decisions."

Now this is my kind of product! The price is a little high, though, considering the pocket editions of the books are a couple of dollars, and some judges have concerns about cell phones in their courts, but it still looks like a valuable reference to me. I just wouldn't want a client to think I was playing a game during the trial when really I was looking up the proper objection to make.

Good point! I know I would be upset if my lawyer appeared to be goofing off during my trial.
