Default How To: Mobile YouTube on Windows Mobile Smartphone/Standard
For WM Smartphone/Standard users, all you need to do is download HTC Streaming Media (if it's not already in your rom), and you can stream youtube from http://m.youtube.com

follow the instructions (must register at xda to download)

i've personally tested this on a HTC StarTrek (3125)

Doesn't work on my Q. It says it couldn't find 'StreamingPlayer' or one of its components. How did you get it to work with WM5?

Your Q is not an HTC device. The solution above is for HTC based devices.
