"Mark/Space, Inc. today began shipping version 2.0 of The Missing Sync(TM) for Windows Mobile, a major update to the company's synchronization software that connects Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Smartphone devices to computers running Mac OS X. This release also marks a name change from The Missing Sync for Pocket PC, reflecting support for a broader range of Windows Mobile devices, including popular smartphones from Audiovox, i-Mate, Motorola, O2, Orange, Samsung and others...The Missing Sync for Windows Mobile integrates with the new Sync Services technology in Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger," allowing users to synchronize their Address Book and iCal data directly to a Windows Mobile device, resulting in faster, more accurate synchronization. This release also adds sync support for Microsoft's popular Entourage software, employing Microsoft's own synchronization protocol to ensure the best possible user experience."

Good news for you Mac owners that want to sync with your Smartphone!

Default Finally

I have been waiting for this release for a good while. I'm going to try this out as soon as I get home. I might be able to ditch my Clie after all!

I'll post my results/experiences later.

Anyone know if this software will let a SMT 5600 charge off of a Mac via USB?

Just plugging the USB cable into the Mac doesn't do it...
