Pocket Image Editor is a free .NET application for the Smartphone 2003 platform that allows you to edit your pictures right on your phone. Some of the features Pocket Image Editor supports are:
- Basic point-and-click painting with colors and sizes.
- Basic effects (now only "Negative Colors").
- Basic file functions. Mini file browser included. Opening File supported.
- Saving File supported (.bmp). New Image supported.
- Basic Image Editing (now only Flipping).
- Basic Drawing (Line & Text).
- Basic Selections: Select a region and edit it. Also supported are Copy, Paste and Fill
- Advanced Cursor movement (normal, accelerated and "paint when move"). Also, 4 cursor styles.
