Olive Tree is working on a SmartPhone version of their Bible Reader software and has a beta available for download, but it is still rather buggy.
What I ended up doing was buying a Bible in Microsoft Reader format from Amazon.com, using C-Lit to convert it to the OEB sources, and then using MobiPocket Publisher to create a Bible in Mobipocket format for my personal use after a little clean-up of the HTML in the source files. It works fairly well, links to each book, then each book has links to chapters, and then from the beginning of the chapter just scroll down to the verse you want. It's turned out to actually be quicker than punching in references in Bible Reader or MyBible on my Palm.
