After my desktop Outlook downloads emails and removes the spam, is there software that will push the remaining new emails in the desktop Outlook inbox to my Blackjack II?

Sounds like you're looking for desktop redirector software. I did a bit of Google searching but I can't seem to find any...typically it's something offered by your mobile phone provider.
