Does anyone know of a good bluetooth manager?

I like the one that come's with the Q. Using the standard WM Manager on the Blackjack is far from perfect.

As far as I know Bluetooth stack for Q differs from standard Microsoft Bluetooth implementation on many other devices. So Q's manager could be good, but for Q only

This is what I thought. I just want an easier way, I use my BT headset with my deskphone when I am in the office, and switching back to my cell is a PITA.
