4Smartphone.net can sync iCal and Address Book from Mac OS X?

I glanced at someone's message in a previous post somewhere that 4SmartPhone.net can not only push email, but it can sync with Mac OS X's PIM apps. Is this true? I'm already using the service for email, but I couldn't find anything on their site about syncing iCal and Address Book. I'm also kinda new to Exchange and what it's capable of, so be nice; I'm an Exchange n00b.

No idea. I don't see why it couldn't do it. If iCal is using standard protocols then it should be straight forward. You might want to ping 4Smartphone's support line and see what they say.
