ZDNet Takes a Look at the Xphone IIm Down Under

"O2's Xphone IIm should appeal to those who want a smarter than average phone, but against serious smartphone opposition it comes a very distinct second. The Xphone IIm takes the existing form factor of the Xphone II and gives it an iPod-style makeover. Depending on your personal preferences, that's either a canny marketing decision or a cynical bit of cheap design trickery. The silver and grey styling of the buttons and sides of the phone don't sit quite as well with the otherwise glossy white colour scheme of the phone, although again that's a matter of personal preference."

This just looks like the HTC Feeler to me, which is already available as the SDA music on T-Mobile


and the C550 on orange in the UK

Right. The HTC Feeler is the production name of the model. Then it is rebranded and sold under different names, like SDA Music, or XPhone IIm.

The C550 is not the same device. It looks similiar, but the screen and size are different.
