Sierra Wireless Voq Smartphone on Sale at Expansys
Alright, it might not be the best Smartphone - feature wise, but where else can you get a Smartphone with a built-in keyboard for $155. Talk about a good "starter" phone, or possibly a backup phone. For those that might not be aware, here is a little background info: Sierra Wireless has decided to exit the Smartphone market. The Voq is the only Windows Mobile Smartphone with a built-in keyboard. It doesn't offer Bluetooth, WiFi, or a camera. It is considered by some to be large, and goofy looking. I know a couple people who have this phone and love it. They've never had a problem. It looks like Expansys is selling off the remaining hardware cheap.

It looks big. And definitely not to be carried in your pocket. But feels very comfortable in your hands. And I thought the keyboard was pretty effective. Wish Sierra had pursued its quest to make smaller Smartphones with flip open keyboard.

It's better than no keyboard, or that crap T9, IMHO.

Two words: Cargo Pants. Or a nice winter jacket.

yeah - a bit too large, and with the news about the T-mobile smartphone, I think I can live until sometime in October for now...

Wow... Am I the only one who sees this as a good deal?? $150 for a unlocked Smartphone with no contract to sign! Sure it doesn't have everything, but it's cheap!
Heck, I almost bought one just because it's such a good price.

I love mine with the keyboard. No Bluetooth, WHO CARES! No camera, WHO CARES! I use it much more for instant messaging! To each his/her own! Bluetooth is over-rated!
