Folks, if you didn't like the silver Q or if you are simply bored with your silver Q, then it is time for you to log in to the Verizon Web site. I don't think Verizon or Motorola have provided the details on the updates to the Q. The word on the street is that this new Q carries an updated software that not only fixes some problems but also improves battery life. Also, the new unit ships with a carrying case instead of a holster. So who has ordered one?

in the picture, the screen appears to be centered; moreso than the silver Q. if this is an accurate picture, i like the centered look. i also like the Black color...i'm going to swap my silver case with a black one so i can have a new-old phone...

I wonder about the software update as well: I downloaded it last night and attempted to install it on my Q, but the installer informed me that version was already on my Q... I'm wondering if only the installer was updated.

I do like the black case tho, although not $250 worth.
