Default CeBIT 2005 Coverage: New Windows Mobile Smartphone: Pantech PH-S8000T

http://www.msmobiles.com/news.php/3685.html

"Pantech PH-S8000T will be probably one of those very fancy Asia-only Microsoft smartphones that will never come to USA or EU. We have noticed it at CeBIT 2005, but due to CDMA compatibility it is on sale only in Korea. It is quite big but it has QVGA display (320x240 pixels) and a very interesting hardware design - with rotable display (so called "swivel clamshell")"

Follow the link to more impressive pictures and the specifications for this. While it is frustrating that a lot of devices don't show up in North America or Europe it is good to see so many new devices hopefully coming to market someplace.

Swivel display. 8)

I think it will help the folks who like to watch movies on Smartphone. Especially with the QVGA screen (320x240), watching movies would be more pleasurable.

I am looking forward to the QVGA screen devices. Love the sharpness.

It's nice to see a swivel screen make it to the Windows Mobile world. Even if we never get the chance to see it around these parts. Of course, the size of this phone really limits it's apeal.
