I have always been surprised that manufacturers still haven't made GPS standard on our phones. The smart phones have good screen resolution, good processing power, good data download speeds for maps and above all free map/navigation software applications. What is holding up the manufacturers from including the GPS sensor? :?

It's only tri-band. Bummer! I was looking at the Dash and wishing it had GPS... Oh well. I'll have to keep waiting ;-)

I totally was blinded by the GPS (+ Wi-Fi + 3G), didn't see that the unit was a Tri-band one. ops: Boo Asus!

That is one good looking phone. Had me droooooooling for a bit there. Why not just make all phones quadband. Frustrating. Depending on final specs and carriers, this may have been my next phone.

seems short sighted to still be making tri-band devices. maybe it is cost cutting? still i'm not to worried as i reside in asia and our bands are supported.
