This is just stolen music with a nice UI on it. That 20 cents you're paying isn't going to go to the musicians, you're paying the scammers who run this site. It's just AllofMP3 redux.

Bing. I doubt the guys that run sites like this (AllofMP3, MP3 Fiesta, etc.) pay a single dollar to acquire the music they sell.
