I'm just wondering what people are thinking about the new Windows
Live Beta. I think it's really cool. It (to me) look kind of like the Mac interface. And the Windows Live Mail, looks and has the same features as g-mail!

I have to admit that I haven't tried much of it it - I think it's mostly hype. The only useful Windows Live thing I've seen is www.foldershare.com - and that's only because I was a paying customer of FolderShare before Microsoft bought them and made them a Windows Live service...

Welcome to the power of AJAX.

I'm with Jason on this one - Live seems a lot like hype at the moment, and I'm saying this even after beta testing for months. When Microsoft finally integrates the entire Windows Live service with just about every other Live service they have (e.g. Xbox Live), that's when (I think) sparks will fly.

By looking at their website, I think it's going to be pretty nice.

nice, except missing a few features that i wish were still there.
