Default Watch Yourself From Your Smartphone

This is just fun. Jian Shuo Wang has set up his web cam to stream using Windows Media. He then uses the Windows Media Player on his Dopod 515 to watch. Pure geek happiness :P

Brilliant! Sheer brilliance!

Funny enough, there was a event on TV not too long ago where I want to watch some of it. However it was on during the day, and I had to be on-site. This would have allowed me to catch at least some of it.

I can only imagine what your GPRS usage would be if yuo used this for any length of time. 8O

Thanks for quoting my article on SmartPhone and GPRS. Some other articles quoted it as High Tech Mirror since they thought I took all the trouble and money just to see my face in the SmartPhone screen. LOL. Actually, I did much more than seeing my face there. Here are some samples: 1) I put the webcam on TV and then I can watch the TV program on Metro. 2) I broadcasted the Fireworks show out of my window and asked my friends to watch it via their SmartPhone - I think it is cool since I opened my window directly onto their phone screen. :-D There may be a lot of possiblities - I believe there must be some more funny application. What do you think?
