Personally, it seems as if Palm is the only company that's thinking right now.

Let's see. I am limited on money. Hey what do you know. A "Palm Pilot" for only 99 bucks. I use it through high school/college. Now I am rich, let's go buy a better one. Hey, there is another palm with a better screen and more memory, cool. Usually, people stick by what they know. I bet only about 90+% people who are going to upgrade their Zires in two years will buy a Tungsten, because it's the next best thing. They know palm, and they're used to it. Pocket PC's seem to be starting (retail) at 550 nowadays, and sometimes, 500 (maybe 400, hardly ever though). But the best are 600-750, and probably 850-1000 with the new iPaqs coming out... This thing is being introduced at 99...

naa, not really. let me explain the parody stuff. on the entertainment section of http://www.pocketpcmagic.com/entertainment.html everything is made fun of (or parodied) pocket pc's, palms, everything. when the new pocket pc's come out watch the site, when other devices come out, watch the site. also, it's safe to assume that yours truly (me) will have a new palm when they comes out as well.
