Default upper case letters in your password???

Hello All,

Dumb question but, I recently had to reset my windows password and need to enter the new password into Active Sync on my Windows mobile 5 HTc device. Unfortunatly I can figure out how to enter and uppercase letter? very odd as I know my previous paswords had uppercase letters but for some reason when I hold the * down to change the entry type from t9 to uppercase I don't have an uppercase option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
~little john

instead of holding down the * key, just press it and it should cycle between the input modes.

What phone do you have?
