Does anyone know if Todd Werboweski, from tekntoys.com is still around? I'm just curious because for the past 3 to 4 months I have been in email contact with him about the purchase of some items, but about 2 weeks ago he stopped sending me emails about my order/inquiry.

It could be, and I wouldn't fault him for it. As a potental customer it would be nice to be informed though, it doesn't make for a good impression.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not slamming him, but if I never got back to my customers when they had questions or orders I wouldn't expect any good word of mouth advertising from them.

Does any one know the number for tekntoys? I might be blind but I can't see it. I'd like to think that there is a reason for the lack of contact all of a sudden, so if I can get a number I will give him a call.

I have found the toll free number for Todd, and have just finished talking to him and I'm very impressed with the service I have received from him.
