Default T-Mobile Tops J.D Power’s Wireless Customer Care Rankings

http://www.engadget.com/entry/1234000667046071/

"We have yet to find a single wireless carrier anywhere in the world that doesn’t have someone who hates its guts, so keep in mind that at the end of the day these rankings are really all relative, but for the second year in a row J.D. Power and Associates have named T-Mobile as having the best customer care in the U.S. wireless industry."

Once again T-Mobile wins this contest. Any of you T-Mobile users agree or disagree with this?

T-Mobile's customer service is #1!! When they do mess up (as they do just like every other company) they usually hand out extra minutes or credits to the account.

Coverage could be better, but I stick with them for their unlimited data plans and exceptional customer care.

I've been with T-Mobile for almost 3 years and they have been excellent in every way. They offer the best price, best service and best customer care.

I am a former Sprint cutomer and even if Sprint made the switch from their incredibly limited CMDA service to GSM, I wouldn't got back

I can feel the backlash already of Sprint customers ready to jump on me for saying that CMDA is limited. The big limitations I am referring to are their crappy phone selection and no SIM. I sometimes switch my phones hourly, so CMDA is too limiting in that sense.
