speter Pupil Join Date: Feb 2002 Posts: 26		The speech impediment seems to be a BBC trademark. They always drop their voices for emphasis, rendering the sentence inaudible: "The most important thing to remember is [hmmmmm]" NPR is almost as bad, but not quite.
