Symantec and Digital River

Can anyone help me out? I purchased Norton Internet Security 2003 a couple of months ago. I got a critical error a few days ago that told me to uninstall and reinstall NIS. So I've uninstalled and now I can't redownload, even though I paid 4.99 for the Extended Download Service. I can't get anyone on the phone until Monday. And when I get to the page, after I've identified my self, that says PLEASE CLICK ON THE BUTTON TO DOWNLOAD... There's no freakin' button??? Anyone have any ideas??

I had the exact same problem with Digital River a few months ago and haven't used them since. More than likely I never will.
