Default SIM cards in other phones?

Hmm just quick and random question, would I be able to take a SIM card out of one cell phone and put it in another, would it work in the other cell phone?

If they're in the same network, yes.

If the mobile phones come from different networks, you have to check that the new phone is not locked to the network - in this case phone will not work with a SIM card from other networks.

And, of course, it has to be (almost always) GSM.
