Default Show Us Your Workspace!

It has become somewhat of a tradition here at Thoughts Media to periodically show off your home office set-up.  We last looked in 2006 and 2004.  Here is my current setup.

Major upgrades since the 2006 thread are the dual 22 inch monitors, a new PC, and the addition of pegboard to the back to allow me to mount smaller peripherals like my cable modem and such as well as for cable management. So that's my set up - what's yours?

If you need a place to upload your images so you can share them with others in our forum, try Image Shack or Free Image Hosting. Please keep your embedded images 600 pixels or under in width - if they're bigger than that, just post a link. Thanks!

I've posted a link to mine. Two shots - one of my desk (the BIG one) and the other of my wife's. I work from home and the Thinkpad on the right belongs to my job - don't hold it against me!

I just "upgraded" the G4 12" Powerbook my wife was using to a G4 1.25 GHz Mini. That is my very first Mini that I had sent to my son, who returned it when he upgraded to my old Core Solo. (I'm on my 3rd Mini - the current 1.83 GHz Core 2 Duo).

MobileMe Gallery

I was going to attach the smaller images, but noticed that I don't have permission to do attachments.

Correct - we don't allow uploading of images to our database. It would rapidly become too huge to manage if we did so.

OK, this might be overkill, but because my office is most of my basement, I needed more than one photo to capture it. There's a reason it's so clean though. Here we go...

(I couldn't help it, Keiko looked so cute relaxing in the sun...she spends her days with me, she's like the office mascot)

Nice. I really enjoy looking at and learning from others about what wokrs and doesn't.

Here's a link to my shed to office conversion project. Total cost was about $7000AUD including electrician, plasterer and all materials.

http://pocketmojo.net/index.php/thep...ce_is_finished

Since this was taken, I've taken out the Mac Mini and 22" display and purchased a used 20" aluminium iMac and replaced the MacBook Pro with an Air.

I need to set up a decent area for photograhing stuff next.

Anthony

Oh, you guys are lame, check THIS out!

19 Inch Dell CRTs
1.5ghz Athlon XP, 512mb of RAM, 80gb primary (Totally full), 30gb secondary (Failing unfortunately),

The computer may sound slow but it serves me very well, I even do some video editing with it. It checks Thoughts flawlessly, which is its' most important daily job. I'd add another desk so I can add another computer, but I think my roommate is already a little upset about how much computer stuff I have crammed in here.
