"For some reason they insist on misspelling it as “HSPDPA”, but South Korea’s JoongAng Daily has a little something about how Samsung and LG are both moving quickly to come out with cellphones that are compatible with the new HSDPA (high-speed downlink packet access) 3G wireless networks that both Cingular and T-Mobile have committed to rolling out here in the States (HSDPA is basically a faster version of UMTS and in theory can offer downloads as fast as 14Mbps). Samsung is going to show off their first HSDPA handset at CeBIT later this month."I suspect some of these will be smartphones, but this doesn't mention them.
