recommendations for a digicam? SD/MMC storage only!

I'm looking at limiting my types of memory to only SD/MMC for a ton of reasons. I've looked at reviews for Kodak, Koycera, Minolta and that is about it so far which has helped to confuse me more than provide a clearer direction in choice. I find it very frustrating that this small memory format hasn't taken off in the digicam area but runs rampid in the PocketPC device field.
I really don't trust Toshiba, HP (way too many problems with them in other decives) or any other company that has never made a regular camera before.
I'm very interested to see the recommendations - looking at the 3+mp range.
