While technically not a smartphone I can now confirm that you can have some of the same functionality via BT and iSync (Mac app). With a small 40k hack to iSync to add support for the V3c I can sync my contacts with Address Book. I can also move/copy/delete ringtones, pictures, wallpapers (both ways). DUN looks to be possible as well but have not tried this function yet. Just a heads up.
