For us Pocket PC fans, we might think the Palm OS lacks features. However for most users, the Palm OS has more features than they need. It is hard to argue with the term "feature rich".

Well, feature-rich or not, it's part of Sprint's advertising on our site. As it's a fairly substantial advertising contract, Jason can't easily change it until it runs out. :cry:

I do have to say that the i500 is amazingly small, though. You have to see it in person to believe it. I'd love to see a Smartphone that's the same size soon.
