if u had a choice, which one would you pick???? first i dont know the speed of the mq and cant find the specs anyway on that thing. Then i keep hearing that mq may or may not have wi fi..... can anyone help me with the real specifications???? also is treo or mq display bigger

They're significantly different devices.

a) The Motorola Q is a Smartphone without touch screen; the Treo 700w is a Pocket PC Phone.

b) I do not believe the Q has Wi-Fi. However, you can try Googling or searching Smartphone Thoughts for more information about it.

c) The Q has a higher-res screen. I don't know the exact size, but I'd expect them to be fairly close, with the Q's being slightly larger.
