Best touchscreen apps?

Default Best touchscreen apps?
I've just gotten a new PC, an HP Touch Smart with a great touchscreen. The handwriting recognition is even more amazing than Calligrapher for the PPC.

What apps should I be investing in that will take the best advantage of the touchscreen, especially for text entry and editing?
