Default ATI Radeon 9200se and Nvidia TNT2 dont like each other

Ive had triple monitors on my computer for awhile now, the first two being displayed by my AGP ATI Radeon 9200se, and the third monitor being displayed by a PCI nVidia TNT2 M64. Using Windows' built in drivers, everything worked fine until i bought Half-life 2. Alot of the transparencies would not display correctly, so i downloaded the latest drivers (Not catalyst, drivers only) from ATI for my Radeon 9200se. I rebooted my computer, played Half-life 2, beat the game, and pondered G-man's cryptic words for a moment before shutting down my PC for the night.

The next morning when i fired it up to check my messages, my third monitor displayed Red on one side, and black on the other, while the other two worked normally. In display properties, the resolution slider shows -1 x -1, with nothing else avalible. Windows alerts me that the driver is for an older version of Windows. When i try to check "extend my desktop on to this monitor" it says no.

Ive tried installing nVidia drivers 3 times, no go. Windows doesnt even seem to find the nVidia drivers after i run the installation program and reboot. However, device manager reports that the device has drivers, no conflicts, and looks good.

The card is in the second PCI slot to give the primary card some more air, with nothing in between.

Im stumped. Now what?

I sure hope Alyx, Dr Vance, Dog, Barney, and Dr Kleiner survive the citidel collapse somehow...

He, he man do you even know how old your graphic card is? TNT2 is one of the oldest Nvidia cards alond with Vanta, Riva and the other history forgotten cards. Sounds like it has overheated and died. Anyway its very interesting that you even managed to run this game 8O
