Sadly, I'd have to agree - the software is just too buggy to have been tested enough. In terms of who's getting burned, I disagree that it's just loyal users - newbies are buying the new Zunes, installing the software, and getting confused by the fact that their music collection looks nothing like it did before. That's just bad for the Zune all around...
