Bluetooth Headset incomming call problem, Delay in the headset'

When Accepting an incoming call over BT headset, there is a delay till I can start hearing the caller, or the caller hears me.
No such problems with outgoing calls

Logitech HS01-V16

Any one any idea what the problem may be?

I have the same issue, but it doesn't really bother me. it takes about 5-10 seconds before I can hear them or they hear me. Just as long as when I talk there is no delay...

I have a Blackjack and use a Nokia BH-801 BT

I've got a delay with my Blackjack and Jabra JX10. Annoying, but something I can live with. I don't remember this with my SP5m.
