BlackJack - Problem syncing all day events in calendar

My all day events synced (activesync 4.5) from Outlook 2003 appear 1 day early in my Blackjack. Anyone else have this problem and / or know a fix?

Sounds like a time zone issue. Check that you device is set to teh right timezone and the correct time. The AutoUpdate setting caused my appointments to jump all over the place. You might want to turn that off if you live in an area where the carrier hasn't correctly setup their towers.
