I think it's a very nice tool, and you can't beat the fact that it's free. I reported this over at Pocket PC Thoughts back in August -- it's worth reading what the other readers have to say.

i tried this software and found it can't sync folder or file between pc and my smartphone(MPX220). Actually, i have searched the way that can sync doucments bewteen pc and smartphone for long time but no answer.
