MPX200 new user-- problems with activesync- HELP!!!

I am a new user of MXP200 and thought I liked it until I realized some of the items that activesynced from microsoft outlook on my computer to the phone have wrong appointment times. I don't understand how it can read 8:00 pm on my pc and show up as 9:00 pm on the mpx200. Any ideas ??? Any way to fix-- Its not all appointments either only some of them. Actually as odd as it may sound-- its only showing up that way on Mondays. Its making me crazy. Any help would be appreciated!!! 8O THANKS!!

I would start by checking the time zone settings on both your PC and the phone. Are they set the same, and to the right zone?
