A good friend who works at Cingular called me to tell me they just got an update bulletin on the MPX220. It says something about the phone not being up to the sound quality standards of Cingular, and says the last update of 1.30 is one of the affected phones. They listed this web site http://promo.motorola.com/mpx220/index.html to go to too be updated when an upgrade or exchange is made available...
