Moto Q9h coming to AT&T soon

Based on info over at Boy Genius Report the Moto Q9h is coming to AT&T in August.

The real question now is do we jump on unlocked units for a higher price or wait and see what beneficial features AT&T offers?

Also I want to see accessories and how well the battery life is going to be.

Battery life is improved - could it really be worse?

As for unlocked or not, that really depends on your situation. If you're not on ATT and you want it, or if you're not able to sign a contract to get a reduced price, then an unlocked version is an easy way to get one.
