T-Mobile SDA Can't Receive Files via Bluetoth

Hello. I just purchased a T-Mobile SDA version of the QTEK 8300 SP. The phone is unlocked and I am using it with Cingular. The only problem so far that I have with it is that I cannot receive files on it that have been sent to me via bluetooth. Sending or "beaming" is not a problem. The message that is displayed on the other handset usually has something to do with my SP not supporting the service or "service not supported'. Is there anything I can do to play around with the settings? or am I out of luck on this one? Thanks for your replies.
