Default Sync Error message. . .WTF?

So, I started getting this error: "Synchronization cannot be completed successfully. Reconnect your device and try again. If the problem persists, please see the Microsoft ActiveSync Troubleshooter in Microsoft ActiveSync Help on your desktop computer."

This happens when I connect via USB or BT. I've tried resetting the device and the computer, and disabling my firewall. . .

Any ideas?

Thanks,

No, not that I can think of. . .it's wierd because by rebooting the computer, it will work again for half a day, then It will all the sudden start giving that error message. Damn!

Is this a work machine? Perhaps they are blocking something?

Have you scanned for any virus? That could be causing some problems too.

Nope, my home machine. In fact, I also sync with my work machine, and it has no problems!
