How will you compare O2 Xphone II to Motorola MPX220?

I believe the XPhoneII is the same as the Audiovox SMT5600 and I-Mate SP3 phone. There's plenty of reviews out there for those. For the most part, the two phones are comparable in quality. It's just whether you want a flip-phone or not. Personally, I don't trust anything that motorola makes (they have a horrible reputation for phones with bad firmware and/or hardware problems).

Also, I believe that the XPhoneII has Smartphone 2003 software and the Motorola has Smartphone 2002 software.

Actually, I think the XPhoneII is the same as the E200.

Oh, and the Moto 220 has WM 2003, which is the same as the E200. While the SMT 5600 has WM 2003 SE.
