HTC Releases Their Financial Results to the Sound of Crickets
"While the vast majority of the world's tech press was focused on Apple's record-breaking quarter yesterday, HTC quietly announced its own figures." 
Quietly so they wouldn't be embarrassed it appears as their results were nowhere near what Apple's were. 70% drop in profits after taking in $151.5 million during Q2, and they blame the iPhone. They used to get 50% of their revenue from the U.S. but admit that with the iPhone in business, there is no chance they will ever achieve that again.
