I've checked the profile settings and everything and it won't vibrate when the phone rings.

Ring type is set to "Vibrate and Ring".

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Have you dropped your phone lately? Prehaps it's been bumped hard?

A long time ago, on one of my cheap Nokia phones, I had the vibrate die. I took the phone apart and found that the connector didn't line up. Just wondering if this is what you're seeing.
