When I've bought this phone I was very glad, but after 3 weeks the problems began... Now I cant change any settings like sounds and pictures. I don't know the reason why?
May be someone came across such troubles?

What happens when you try to change the settings? I mean does the screen make you feel that it was saved. But then when you go back to look at it, it is unchanged? Or is there some error message that pops up.

The only thing I can think of is that, if you haven't put in a lot of stuff (data/apps) on the phone. And if it can be re-installed/transferred. Then how about giving it a reset. Force the phone back to out of the box - factory settings.

Turn off the phone. Hold the Blue button (center of the joy pad). While holding the blue button, turn on the power. Release the blue button after the power is on. Follow the prompts.
